This Privacy Policy is provided to clients, suppliers, and service partners of AdStandee, LLP. (AdStandee, “we,” “our” or “us”). You may be referred to throughout as a “User” or “Users,” and addressed as “you” and “your”. Your privacy is important to us. “Personal Information” means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, a home, postal or other physical address, other contact information (including information discoverable via access to your mobile device’s operating system), title, birth date, gender, and other information, including information that you submit to or save within a service or product provided by AdStandee.
We collect your Personal Information in order for you to make use of the Services. Your Personal Information is collected when you enter it into a form, when you submit it by email, or when you voluntarily provide it to us in any other electronic means. We will share your Personal Information with your permission only to (i) service partners, such as payment processors and email providers, to enable transactions you request, (ii) service partners, such as cloud hosting, and (iii) to those such as vendors with whom you are transacting. As described below, except incident to a merger or sale of AdStandee, we won’t sell or transfer your information without your consent.
Except to the extent necessary to facilitate the provision of services to you or a third party, your Personal Information is never shared by AdStandee without your permission except under conditions explained below. Bear in mind that AdStandee cannot be held responsible for your own disclosure of Personal Information, whether accidental or intentional. AdStandee stores Personal Information in the cloud, our servers, and the servers of our service providers. To facilitate our global operations, we may transfer and access such information from around the world, including to servers located in the United States. By providing information to AdStandee, you consent to the transfer and storage of Personal Information in these locations.
You may request a copy of your Personal Information by emailing us at info@adstandee.com with a subject of Personal Information Request. Please send the email from the same address attached to your AdStandee account and include your AdStandee username to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days with .csv files containing all your information.
You may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in your registration or account profile by contacting us by email at info@adstandee.com. AdStandee retains a record of the transactions conducted under your account for 180 days after the transaction for customer service purposes and to document the concluded transaction in the event of a dispute, which may delay our completion of your request to delete your Personal Information.
You may have additional rights as a citizen or resident of certain jurisdictions. If you are a citizen of an EU nation, your personal information is protected by the provisions of the EU General Data Privacy Regulation (“GDPR”), and your nation’s laws may provide additional protections.
